Korean Phone Number

For ‘Unlimited Data+Incoming Calls Only’, 012 phone number is given. For ‘Unlimited Data+Calls’, 010 phone number is given. Both can be used for making walk-in dining reservations. However, you won’t be able to register apps that require personal verification.

Extra Payment for Outgoing Calls

If you need to make outgoing calls or send SMS, select the ‘Unlimited Data+Calls’ option and make an extra payment for Voice Calls at the airport counter during pick-up. You can also recharge via the LG U+ official website.

Order Limit per Passport

For secure communication, be sure to enter your passport number when purchasing. You can purchase up to 3 eSIMs per passport. If you purchase more than 3 eSIMs, we recommend purchasing each eSIM with its respective passport, even if you are a group.

Yes, eSIM Korea Unlimited Data & Calls work everywhere in Korea. We select and offer the best data plans which provide the best nationwide coverage.

You can purchase an eSIM at your convenience, either one day before your travel date or upon arrival at your destination.
The data plan will start as soon as you connect to the Korean local network. 24 hours is counted as 1 day and counted continuously from the point of service activation.
Please note that to install the eSIM, your device must be connected to a Wi-Fi or a cellular data network.

Additionally, please make sure that Removing the eSIM will delete the data plan from your phone permanently. Once removed, reinstalling the eSIM is not possible, and it cannot be transferred to another device.

For ‘Unlimited Data+Incoming Calls Only’ plan, you’ll receive a 012 phone number, allowing you to receive calls and SMS, but you won’t be able to make outgoing calls or send SMS. For ‘Unlimited Data+Calls’ plan, a 010 phone number is provided. To enable outgoing calls and SMS, an additional fee for voice calls is required at the airport counter during pickup.
  • If you don’t make an extra payment for outgoing Calls/SMS, the eSIM will ONLY support incoming Calls/SMS.
  • Minimum charge cost is KRW 5,500 (VAT included). If you top up 5,500 KRW, you can use 20 mins of calls.
  • Outgoing calls/SMS fees are automatically deducted from the charged balance.
  • After you left the airport and want to top up more credit, please visit the LG U+ SIM Voice Top-up page.
Please note that neither of these numbers can be used for apps that require personal verification.

Please note that we do not offer a top-up service for eSIM Korea Unlimited Data. Instead, we recommend purchasing a new eSIM plan and installing it on your device again.

Our QR code is sent automatically to the email address you’ve written in the order form within 15 minutes. If you haven’t received your email, please check the followings below :

1. Please check your promotion or spam folder first.

2. You may have a typo in the email address you provided to us. In this case, please contact us at [email protected], so we can resend it to you as soon as possible.

3. There might be a delay in completing the payment.

If you used iDEAL or a payment method other than PayPal, be aware that the payment transfer to PayPal may take several minutes to hours. Since this process depends on the payment gateways, we recommend contacting them directly for assistance.

In some cases, your payment might be pending due to PayPal’s security measures. While we cannot guarantee the timeframe, the payment could be completed within 72 hours.

Keep in mind that even if you paid with a credit or debit card, the payment is processed through PayPal. Therefore, it might be subject to PayPal’s security checks, resulting in a pending status. As this is PayPal’s policy, it’s best to contact PayPal’s customer service for assistance.

Fast and reliable network

It has been great and fast internet, we had a great time and I was sending my photos instantly to our friends and family in the UK from the spots without felt, I was lost when the sim was expired but we had only a day before departure so I didn’t extended my contract. If you go to South Korea this is the best network and easy to install.

The eSIM worked as expected. The instructions for its use were not especially clear regarding the ability to make out calls. I believe the instructions said the esim could receive calls, but not make them. I didn’t need to use that feature anyway, but it worked fine for using internet and making calls on other social media like Line and Kakao.
