Please be aware that as this eSIM plan provides a Hong Kong IP address, you may encounter issues accessing services such as TikTok or other restricted services in Hong Kong.

Sadly, I haven’t been able to use it yet because it wasn’t switched on when I arrived in Korea. Can I erase the e-sim on my phone and then do the download again using the QR code you sent me by mail?

I’m quite satisfied with the overall experience. However, it’s a bit disappointing that it only supports internet access and can’t make phone calls. It would be better if your website clearly stated that it only provides internet service and doesn’t support voice calls.
