How to pick-up eSIM

Screenshot and Save the voucher you’ve received via email
Please capture the reservation number and save all vouchers if you’ve received multiple ones.

After landing in Korea, visit LG U+ counter at the airport

Make an extra payment for the outgoing Calls/SMS
If you don’t make an extra payment for outgoing Calls/SMS, the eSIM will ONLY support incoming Calls/SMS.

Outgoing Call/SMS rate
- If you don’t make an extra payment for outgoing Calls/SMS, the eSIM will ONLY support incoming Calls/SMS.
- Minimum charge cost is KRW 5,500 (VAT included). If you top up 5,500 KRW, you can use 20 mins of calls.
- Outgoing calls/SMS fees are automatically deducted from the charged balance.
- After you left the airport and want to top up more credit, please visit the LG U+ SIM Voice Top-up page.
